Weekly rentals in summer only. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for the next guests. Bed linens, towels, and departure cleanup are included at no extra charge. All units are equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen sofa sleepers, and 2 single beds. To guarantee your reservation, a $150 deposit for the one-bedroom Ocean View and a $250 deposit for the two-bedroom and one-bedroom Ocean Front is required within 10 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due 20 days before your arrival date. All rates are subject to state & local taxes. We accept credit cards for your convenience.
